Programs

Our key advantage is we will provide you with quality personal training without the additional cost of a gym membership. Precision Fitness will evaluate your current health and fitness levels, discuss with you needs and goals of the program and develop the proper program to meet those needs. Our goal is to make exercise FUN and get the results you desire.

Precision Fitness develops individualized programs for each client based on their desired goals and objectives, as well as the results of the health history and fitness evaluation. Programs available are weight loss or maintenance, pre or post natal, lower back pain rehabilitation or maintenance, strength training, both power and endurance,aerobic endurance training, balance, flexibility, Pilates/core training, sports performance (i.e. Golf) and any combination of those mentioned.
